Term & Condition Title

Welcome to the portal (“Portal”). This digital space is dedicated to helping users collect travel-related information, check the availability of travel services and products, make valid bookings, or engage in other transactions with travel service providers, exclusively for these purposes. The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “Seyaaha”, and “Overseas Integrated LLC” refer to Overseas Integrated LLC, a company established and under the rule of Sultanate of Oman, along with its subsidiary and affiliated companies. “You” are the user who visits the Portal and/or books services through this Portal or via our customer service representatives. Access to and use of this Portal is subject to your agreement to these Terms of Use without any changes (collectively, the “Agreement”). Please read the Agreement carefully as it includes crucial information about limitations of liability and dispute resolution through arbitration instead of court proceedings. Your use of the Portal also falls under our Privacy Policy. By using this Portal, booking any travel-related services or products, or contacting our call center agents, you are agreeing to the current Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you should refrain from using this Portal or making any bookings through it.


To use this Portal, you must: • be at least 18 years old; • have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; • use the Portal in accordance with these Terms of Use; • use the Portal solely to make legitimate reservations for yourself or on behalf of others you are legally authorized to represent; • inform others on whose behalf you make reservations about the applicable Terms of Use, including all rules and restrictions; • ensure all your provided information on the Portal is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the sole right to deny access to anyone to this Portal and our services, at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms of Use.


 Seyaaha prioritizes customer satisfaction. Should you have an issue or dispute, we endeavor to resolve it. However, if unresolved, you may pursue claims as outlined here. You agree to first contact our Customer Support to resolve any disputes or claims related to the Portal, our customer service agents, services or products provided, representations made by us, or our Privacy Policy. If we cannot resolve your claims within 60 days, you may seek redress through arbitration or in small claims court, as detailed below. All claims will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court, except you may present claims individually in small claims court if they qualify. This encompasses any claims against us, our subsidiaries, travel suppliers, or companies offering products or services through us. This also includes claims that arose before accepting these Terms of Use. Arbitration does not involve a judge or jury, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can grant the same damages and relief as a court, including legal fees and costs, and must adhere to these Terms of Use. Proceedings to resolve claims will only be individual and not part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. If a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, both parties waive any right to a jury trial. Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. An arbitration decision can be confirmed by any court with competent jurisdiction.


 The content and information on this Portal (including prices and availability of travel services) and the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us or our suppliers. While you can make limited copies of your travel itinerary and related documents for reservations made through this Portal, you agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this Portal. Additionally, you agree not to: • use this Portal or its contents for any commercial purpose; • make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; • access, monitor, or copy any content or information of this Portal using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means or any manual process without our written permission; • violate any robot exclusion headers on this Portal or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Portal; • take any action imposing, or may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; • link to any part of this Portal for any purpose without our written permission; or • “frame”, “mirror”, or otherwise incorporate any part of this Portal into any other website without our prior written authorization.

If we detect fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity in your booking or account, Seyaaha may cancel any reservations associated with your name, email address, or account, and close any associated accounts. If you’ve engaged in fraudulent activity, Seyaaha reserves the right to take legal action, and you may be responsible for monetary losses to Seyaaha, including litigation costs and damages. To dispute a booking cancellation or account closure, contact Seyaaha Customer Service.


 You acknowledge that third-party providers of certain services and/or activities may require you to sign a liability waiver before participating in their service or activity. Violation of any supplier’s rules and restrictions may lead to reservation cancellation, denial of access to travel products or services, forfeiture of any paid monies, and/or our debiting your account for any costs incurred due to such violation. Seyaaha is not liable for costs incurred due to hotel relocation.



 You acknowledge that Seyaaha pre-negotiates room rates with hotel suppliers for reservation booking facilitation. Seyaaha provides services for booking these reservations in exchange for a fee (“facilitation fee”). The displayed room rate on the Portal includes the pre-negotiated rate and the facilitation fee. You authorize Seyaaha to book reservations for the total price, including room rate, tax recovery charges, service fees, and taxes on Seyaaha’s services. You agree to have your credit card charged by Seyaaha for the total reservation price. By submitting your reservation request, you authorize Seyaaha to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers. Seyaaha does not collect taxes for remittance to authorities. The tax recovery charges on prepaid hotel transactions are estimated taxes (e.g., sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc.) that Seyaaha pays to the hotel supplier for taxes due on the hotel’s rental rate. Hotel suppliers invoice Seyaaha for charges, including taxes, and are responsible for remitting taxes to authorities. Seyaaha is not a co-vendor with suppliers for customer travel arrangements. Taxability and tax rates vary by location.

The actual tax amounts paid by Seyaaha to hotel suppliers may differ from the tax recovery charge amounts. Service fees retained by Seyaaha vary based on the hotel reservation amount and type. You may cancel or change prepaid hotel reservations, but cancellation or change fees indicated in the hotel reservation rules and restrictions will apply. If you don’t cancel or change your reservation before the hotel’s cancellation policy period, which varies by hotel, you will be subject to charges equivalent to the nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees. If you don’t show up for the first night but plan to check in for subsequent nights, you must confirm reservation changes with us by the first night to prevent cancellation. You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees incurred. In some cases, hotels do not permit reservation changes or cancellations after booking, as stated in the reservation rules and restrictions. You must comply with these Terms of Use for your prepaid hotel reservations. Sales, use, and local hotel occupancy taxes are imposed on our service charges (service fee and/or facilitation fee) in some jurisdictions. The actual tax amounts on our services may vary based on the rates at the time of your hotel stay. Online reservations are limited to a maximum of 8 rooms for the same hotel/stay dates. Reservations exceeding this limit may be canceled, and cancellation fees may apply. If you paid a non-refundable deposit, it will be forfeited. For 9 or more room reservations, contact Seyaaha’s group travel specialists by phone or through the online group travel form. A written contract and/or nonrefundable deposit may be required. Some hotel suppliers may require a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses. This deposit is separate from any payments made to Overseas Integrated LLC for your booking.


With some hotels, you have the option to pay online now or pay later at the hotel. If you choose “Pay Online Now,” Seyaaha will charge your credit card in EUR immediately. If you choose “Pay Later at the Hotel,” the hotel will charge your credit card in the local currency at the time of your stay. Note that taxes and fees vary between the two payment options. Tax rates and foreign exchange rates could change between booking and stay. Seyaaha coupons apply only to “Pay Online Now” bookings.

Visa Processing:
• Standard visa processing time: 4-5 working days, excluding 19-30 March.
• Collection points: Iranian embassies, consulates, or IKA airport, Tehran.
• Access restrictions apply for certain nationalities; check with visa experts.
• Fee: 55.00 Euro per person (same for all ages), excluding entrance fee.
• US, UK, Canada citizens: 110 Euro fee, detailed itinerary needed.
• Non-refundable, non-transferable; Seyaaha not liable for MFA decisions.
• Israeli passport holders excluded; longer process for US, UK, Canada.

Tour & Travel Package Terms:
• Applicable to bookings via ‘Seyaaha’ website.
• Changes, cancellations, and complaints handled as per terms.
• Services subject to change; check emails before travel.
• Group tour participants must stay with the tour; rescue fees apply.
• Vehicle types vary; no guarantee on size/model.
• Not suitable for children under 4.
• Rates exclude meals and extras unless specified.
• Special needs require advance notice; not guaranteed.
• Extra fees for border crossing; payable in USD cash.
• No refunds for border passage refusal or withdrawal.
• Tours in English; other languages on request.
• Personal insurance recommended; operator not liable for loss/damage.
• Disruptive passengers may be removed without refund.
• Itinerary changes possible due to unforeseen circumstances; no compensation.
• Third-party service changes handled with minimal impact.
• Timely arrival required; drivers wait max 15 minutes.
• Photos taken during tours for marketing; opt-out if desired.
• Cell phone recommended for contact during tours.
Cancellation Policy:
• Email confirmation for bookings.
• 48-hour notice for cancellations involving flights/special suppliers.
• Discounts not applicable to supplements.
• Tour-specific policies listed on description pages.
• Package tour cancellations: Free >18 days, 25% fee within 18-2 days, non-refundable <2 days.
• Full refund or alternative for operator-initiated changes/cancellations.

• Seyaaha Unpublished Rate Bookings Overseas Integrated LLC offers exclusive, non-refundable discounted hotel bookings. Hotel details are revealed only after payment. Bookings can’t be modified or transferred. Charges apply regardless of use. Room assignments and smoking preferences are at the hotel’s discretion. Maximum of six rooms per booking, all under one name. The booker must be present at check-in. These bookings don’t qualify for reward programs. Valid ID and credit card required at check-in; debit cards may not be accepted. For tax and service fee details, see “Prepaid Hotel Reservations.”
• Bank and Credit Card Fees International bookings on US credit cards may incur conversion and transaction fees by the issuing bank. The billed amount might differ from the website’s listed amount due to currency conversion. Your bank determines the exchange rate and any foreign transaction fee.
• International Travel Travelers must ensure they meet all foreign entry requirements and have valid travel documents. Seyaaha is not liable for travel document issues. It’s crucial to check with relevant embassies for current travel requirements. We’re not responsible for denied entry due to incorrect documents. Health requirements, including vaccinations, are the traveler’s responsibility; consult a doctor for advice.
• Seyaaha’s website provides information, software, products, and services which may contain inaccuracies or errors, including pricing discrepancies. Seyaaha disclaims responsibility for inaccuracies in hotel, air, cruise, car, and other travel product descriptions, including pricing, images, amenities, etc. Overseas Integrated LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors and alter or cancel reservations made at incorrect prices, offering customers the choice to maintain their booking at the corrected price or cancel without penalty. Hotel ratings are for guidance only and not guaranteed. Availability of services is not assured. Seyaaha and its suppliers may update the website without notice and do not endorse or guarantee the suitability of its content. All services are provided “as is” without any warranty. Seyaaha is not responsible for any damage caused by the website, including viruses. Liability for direct or indirect damages arising from website use is disclaimed, even if Seyaaha was previously advised of potential damages.
• By using this website, you agree to protect and compensate Seyaaha and its affiliates against any third-party claims, losses, or expenses due to your breach of terms, legal violations, or website usage.
• The website may have links to external sites not controlled by Seyaaha. These links are for reference, and Seyaaha is not accountable for their content or practices. Users are advised to safeguard against harmful elements when accessing these links.
• Software on this website, including HTML code and Active X controls, is owned by Seyaaha and protected by law. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly forbidden and may lead to legal penalties. The software is warranted only as per the license agreement. Users are responsible for internet connectivity and charges incurred by the mobile application, which automatically collects usage data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• Your feedback is valuable to us. When you submit reviews, images, videos, or other content to our website or via email, including any queries or suggestions (collectively referred to as “Submissions”), you provide Seyaaha and its associates (the “Seyaaha Affiliates”) with a non-exclusive, free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable right to use, modify, translate, distribute, publish, and create related works in any media. This includes public display and performance rights worldwide. Your name may be used in connection with your Submissions. Seyaaha may attribute your submissions as deemed appropriate and share them with our partners. By submitting, you acknowledge the non-confidential and non-proprietary nature of your Submissions and waive any moral rights. You also agree to Seyaaha’s use, modification, or deletion of your Submissions without objection. Seyaaha bears no responsibility for, nor assumes any liability regarding, the content of your Submissions. We reserve the discretion to decide which submissions are published. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from submitting any content.
• Please ensure your Submissions do not include any illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material. You are solely liable for any damages arising from your Submissions. Seyaaha may freely exercise rights over your content without notice. Only your latest review for the same hotel will be considered. We may offer incentives for reviews, applicable regardless of the review’s sentiment. All submitted photos are subject to our Photo Submission Guidelines. Seyaaha does not claim ownership or endorsement of user-submitted photos. Our policy on third-party copyright infringement claims is detailed separately. The Google® Translate tool on our website is for convenience, but we do not guarantee its accuracy. Overseas Integrated LLC is not responsible for any inaccuracies in translations.
