Special facilities for the suites in this complex are located at the top station of the cable car at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, offering a view of the forest. The cable car operates from 10 AM to 5:30 PM. Guests are required to arrive at the cable car station at least one hour before closing time, and the complex will not be responsible for any delays if guests arrive outside cable car operating hours (10:00 AM to 5:30 PM). The cost of accommodation and cable car tickets for children under 5 years old is free, and for those aged 5 and above, they are included in all expenses. (Please note that if guests arrive at the hotel outside of cable car operating hours, they must use the hotels specially arranged vehicle with coordinated traffic. After booking the hotel, guests must consider the following points: 1- Due to the hotels location on the cable car site and access by cable car, please refrain from bringing bulky and heavy luggage, as well as pets. 2- Kindly ensure that mountainous conditions and cable car usage are considered for elderly and pregnant individuals. Additionally, making fires on the hotel premises is prohibited. 3- All guests are required to have their identification documents with them.
