Q. How can I review the details of my hotel booking? Upon booking a hotel room in Iran, a confirmation email will be sent from Seyaaha.com. Examine this email to ensure the accuracy of your travel information.

Before your departure, access your booking details through the link provided in the confirmation email. To check the booking details, you’ll need your Seyaaha booking ID and the associated email address. This allows you to view your itinerary without logging in.

Q. What are the check-in/check-out times for my hotel? Refer to your confirmation email from Seyaaha.com to find your hotel’s check-in and check-out dates, as well as its phone number.

Check-in

Present a government-issued ID for check-in. To request an early check-in, inquire directly with the hotel upon arrival.

Most hotels allow check-in between 14:00 PM and midnight. Rooms booked on Seyaaha.com are guaranteed for late arrival, even after midnight.

Check-out

You can check out any time before the hotel’s usual check-out time (usually 12:00 PM) on the last day of your booking. To request a late check-out, contact your hotel directly; additional charges may apply.

Early check-out

If you need to end your stay early, contact our travel experts at Seyaaha.com for assistance. Changes to your booking during your stay may result in additional charges. Refer to your confirmation email or view your booking online for the hotel’s Cancellation Policy.

Q. How do I reach the hotel? Currently, we only handle one-way flights. Therefore, book your domestic flights in Iran individually.

Q. What is the hotel cancellation/change policy? To cancel your hotel booking, sign in to view your booking using your booking ID and email address. In Manage Booking, select “Cancel Room” and follow the instructions.

If you don’t see the “Cancel Room” option, it may be due to:

  • Your booking being part of a vacation package or past the hotel’s free cancellation deadline.
  • Online cancelation being unavailable for your booking.
  • Booking a non-refundable rate, which cannot be canceled.

We don’t charge a cancel fee, but your hotel might. Check the Rules and Restrictions in your confirmation email for details on change or cancellation policies.

Good to know

To adjust your travel dates, change your booking instead of canceling.

Q. Is my ID/Passport required at check-in? A government-issued ID is necessary for check-in, and hotels in Iran may retain passports as a deposit. Your passport is safe with the reception, and money is not accepted as a deposit for Iranian hotels.

Q. Does the hotel charge an early check-in fee? The early check-in fee depends on the hotel, availability, and the season of travel. Some hotels may charge for check-in before 9 AM, but there’s a chance of free early check-in if rooms are available.

Q. Does Seyaaha have a business center? Seyaaha has offices, including a business center, in Iran and the Netherlands. These offices offer meeting spaces, business services, exchange services, and cash withdrawal from international credit cards.

The Tehran office of Seyaaha.com is the sole location in Iran where cash can be withdrawn from credit cards.

IRAN’S DOMESTIC FLIGHTS FAQ

Q. Do I need to reconfirm my domestic flight in Iran? After booking a flight via Seyaaha.com, a confirmation email will be sent containing your Seyaaha booking number and a 6-character airline confirmation code. Verify your travel details through this email.

Reconfirmation of your domestic flight reservations in Iran is unnecessary. No need to call us or Iranian airlines for reconfirmation.

Q. Is it possible to make a group domestic flight reservation online? Online group flight reservations are not available; each booking accommodates a maximum of 6 passengers. For group reservations with 7 or more passengers, contact Seyaaha.com Sales Offices for assistance, depending on the airline, destination, and flight schedules.

Q. Can I select my seat during the online booking process? Currently, Iranian airlines do not offer online seating. Inform airline staff of your seat preference at the check-in counter before departure.

Q. Which credit cards do you accept for online payment? Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX are acceptable options for Iranian domestic flight reservations.

Q. What should I do for multiple destination flights? Currently, we only handle one-way flights. Book your domestic flights in Iran individually.

Q. What time should I arrive at the airport? For international flights, arrive 2 hours before the scheduled departure. For domestic flights in Iran, arrive 1 hour before departure.

The latest time for boarding pass issuance is 45 minutes before domestic flights and 60 minutes before international flights.

Q. How do I get to the hotel? Hotel addresses are provided in the confirmation email from Seyaaha.com. 24/7 airport transfer services are available from IKA and Mehrabad airports to all hotels in Tehran or other cities. Arrange your transfer to/from the airport via Seyaaha.com.
